Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Qreate mobile application operated by us.
By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the app.
Qreate is a QR code generator and scanner application provided free of charge. You may use it for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to use Qreate to:
Qreate is supported by advertising. By using the app, you agree that advertisements may be displayed, including banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. On iOS, you will be asked for permission to show personalized ads through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
The Qreate app, its design, and all content (excluding user-generated QR code content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of any content you encode into QR codes. You are solely responsible for the content of QR codes you generate or share. We are not responsible for any QR codes created using this app.
Qreate is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of Qreate.
Qreate uses third-party services including Google Firebase and Google AdMob. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Qreate at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
